Proving that pigs do indeed fly, our beloved Packers held off the evil empire, led by Darth Farve, 28-24. World Series starter CJ Wilson filled in admirably for Cullen Jenkins, who's so unhappy with his $15.84MM contract, he sat out the game by "injuring" his $247,500 calf muscle in pregame warmups. My arthritis is a bit of a problem this morning, but I still took the fucking garbage out Cullen! Know that perennial Injured Reserve members Justin "the big guy" Harrell and Nick "the samurai" Barnett now have another way to get on the fun squad next season. Thanks a lot Cullen.
Said Wilson, (see photo) who will also pitch either game 2 or 3 for the Rangers in the World Series, "it's tough playing an NFL game on Sunday night and pitching our first World Series ever in a few days, but I'll be alright."
