The PA Travel agency is now open. Our aim is to assist you, the discerning Packer Anal-ysis reader, with all your future travel plans.
Our first announcement is to let you know where the next 4 Super Bowls are, so you can follow our Beloveds while on vacation.
February 5th, 2012 in Indianapolis. We recommend St. Elmos' for steak (have the shrimp cocktail for an appetizer), and Jillians for beers and video games afterwards. There is also a Steak & Shake conveniently located downtown, just blocks from Lucas Oil Stadium. Nice!
February TBD, 2013 in New Orleans. We recommend Court of Two Sisters for dinner, Brennan's for Bananas Foster for dessert, and Bourbon Street for beers and boobs. We like the Royal Sonesta, but it will be pricey.
February 2nd, 2014 at the Meadowlands in New Jersey. Despite what will be the Packers 4th straight Super Bowl appearance, we recommend skipping this one. New Jersey? Really?
February, 2015 in Phoenix. Actually Glendale, which has some very nice retirement communities, and the U of Phoenix airplane hangar. We recommned Scottsdale for dining, sunning, and shopping. Rawhide and Pinnacle Peak have the best T-Bone steaks (served with potato, cobbette of corn, baked beans, and salad) in town.
February, 2016 in Green Bay. The NFL finally figures out that just having it at Lambeau will save everyone a lot of time, travel, and expense. Aaron Rodgers will 'finally' be in his prime, so while cold, it'll be the right fiscal decision. We of course recommend Kroll's for breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, drinks, and midnight snack. Please note you pay when the food arrives--don't look like an effing tourist, OK? Have your money ready when the butter soaked wrappers are delivered by your somewhat unattractive server.
I hope you enjoyed this first travel edition. Next up: Soccer trips to Belgium.
